Resolve dashboard and plan access

A dashboard login and an application-user login are different. Use your developer account at the dashboard; users created under a workspace sign in through your application's authentication flow.

What you are trying to openWhich account to use
Dashboard, Billing, Workspaces, Applications or SettingsYour developer/dashboard account
The hosted login reached from your app or the manual test URLAn application test user from the intended workspace, or registration through that hosted flow

Creating a user under Users does not give that person access to manage the dashboard. To add a teammate who can manage a workspace, use a workspace invitation.

If dashboard access fails:

  1. Confirm email verification and complete any pending MFA challenge.
  2. Check that you signed in with the account that owns or was invited to the workspace.
  3. Open Plans/Billing and check whether your SyAuth plan is active.
  4. If activation or “Developer access required” persists, contact support with the account, error text and timestamp.

A newly created account can encounter an access error before free-plan activation completes. This requires account provisioning to be resolved; generating more tokens or adding a different header cannot fix it.

For an invitation, sign in as its intended recipient and verify that it has not expired or already been rejected/cancelled. Workspace membership does not necessarily grant authority to edit another developer's client or template.

You can continue setup once the intended dashboard account can open the workspace and its plan is active. If the error remains at the plan-activation or account-access step, keep its exact text and contact support before retrying login configuration; a new application user or OAuth authorization URL does not complete account provisioning.
